Clothes4boys was set up as an online store specialising in boys' clothing. We offer great value and designs that we believe your kids will actually want to wear. We trade as a limited company, Clothes4boys Limited. Payment
By credit card We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Eurocard, Delta & JCB. PLEASE NOTE : The address on your invoice MUST match the address on the credit card you are using, otherwise we will be unable to accept your order. If you would like your order despatched to a different address, tick the box and enter the delivery address. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. All online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology from WorldPay. Credit card transactions made onsite are processed immediately online through WorldPay, not clothes4boys, and so are authorised at the time of ordering. Using E-commerce has been shown to be safer than handing your credit card to a resturant or shop. However, if you are worried about buying online, feel free to phone and chat to us about it. You also have the option to send your card details separately. To do this simply order on-line then select 'Details Sent Separately', and either fax your details 01420 520677, or telephone 01420 520677 with your full card number (the long one!), your name as it appears on the card and expiry date. If using a Switch card we also need your issue number, and if using a Royal Bank of Scotland card we will also require a start date. PLEASE NOTE: your payment will still be processed online by clothes4boys. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to call us.

By cheque or postal order For UK customers who would prefer to pay by cheque or postal order, please make these payable to Clothes4boys Ltd. All cheques must be drawn on UK banks. You will receive a confirmatory invoice by email once your order has been placed. It is important that you include a copy of this invoice with your cheque. Please send your payment and invoice to: Clothes4boys Ltd, 1 Blacknest Cottages, Blacknest, Alton, Hampshire, GU34 4PZ. Please note: we will allow 72 hours for receipt of your cheque, after which time the goods will be returned to stock. 

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund.   [top]

Site Security
All credit card transactions are encrypted for your protection in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Our secure server software (SSL) is from WorldPay, who use state of the art security tools and techniques, including Thawte and their own unique encryption systems to ensure that every transaction is completely secure. What happens is that a secure line is established between your computer and WorldPay prior to your entering any sensitive information. You will notice the locked yellow padlock (or unbroken key) at the bottom of your browser, which means that you are using a secure line. This means that all your personal information, including credit card number, name and address cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. In fact, it is statistically far safer to place an order over the internet using a secure line than it is to give your credit card details to a person on the phone or in a restaurant.

Delivery
UK orders
We aim to dispatch all goods within 2 working days of receipt of your order if paying by credit card, and upon cleared payment if paying by cheque or postal order. Parcels will be delivered by Royal Mail and a standard charge of £3.50 will be made on all orders. Please allow 7 working days for delivery, if paying by credit card, and 14 working days if paying by cheque or postal order.

Overseas orders Customers within the EU will be charged postage of £6.00. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Customers within the USA/Canada will be charged postage of £12.00. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.These orders must be paid for by credit card. To place an order use the secure web ordering facility.

The countries we deliver to can be viewed in the drop down menu on the order form. Should you wish to place an order from a country not included in this list, please contact us before placing your order, to determine the total delivery cost. An enquiry by email will secure a speedy response.

Please note: the delivery times we have quoted are to avoid disappointment. You will receive an email from us as soon as the goods are posted, and in most instances delivery will be quicker than the times allowed.

There is NO VAT on childrenswear in the UK which may provide considerable savings. Please note local import duties may be payable on receipt in non-EU countries.

Good are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. In the event that you are not happy with the goods you have purchased, please return them within 14 days of receipt and we will offer an exchange or full refund. Please note: we cannot accept clothes that have been worn or washed and the goods should be returned in re-saleable condition with the original labels attached stating the reason for return and your preference of exchange or refund.
A returns form will be sent out with every order. We cannot refund return postage, except when goods are found to be faulty. Please note that the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are advised to obtain a Proof of Postage Certificate before sending (available free from the Post Office). This does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancellations
Under the distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund. Therefore, if you should change your mind
and wish to cancel your order, before despatch, please contact us by email or fax stating your invoice/order number (which can be found on the invoice you printed at the time of ordering).   [top]

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you so that we may process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in future, pass your address to other trusted traders, inform you of sales and/or new collections or collect any sensitive information about you without your explicit prior consent. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).” The information we collect about you includes:

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Complaints
We aim to provide a positive shopping experience. However in the event that you are not satisfied with the service you received we undertake to acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days and to resolve the complaint as quickly as possible. Complaints should be notified either by phone, fax or email, indicating the nature of the complaint and your preferred contact details. We will contact you and agree a realistic timetable for the resolution of the complaint and we will keep you informed of progress on a regular basis. Please note that the total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the customer.

Viruses  
Email messages leaving this office are subject to virus scans. You should however carry out your own checks and we cannot accept liability for any loss or damage which may be caused by computer viruses.

Please note: while colour photography and printing are as accurate as possible, slight variations from the original may occur. There may also be slight differences in the colour set up of your browser.
