We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We only collect information about you so that we may process your order and to provide you with the best possible service. We will not email you in future, pass your address to other trusted traders, inform you of sales and/or new collections or collect any sensitive information about you without your explicit prior consent. (In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).”  The information we collect about you includes:

•   phone number
•   email address

In order to place an order on our site it is necessary for your browser to be set to accept 'cookies' (small pieces of text files that are created to store the information about what you place in the shopping cart). These 'cookies' do not remain on your computer once the order is placed. If you click the remember me box a small text file ('cookie') containing the invoicing details (your name, address, phone number & email address) will be stored on your computer so that when you return to place a further order you will not have to fill in your details again.

Your IP address (the number given to your computer when you log onto the internet & which is different every time you log on) is used to gather broad demographic information. We also use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site (ie. the pages they visit). This does not include the gathering of any personal information or the use of 'cookies'. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
